PERPLEXITY - Get Started With Your Research

Ask a question about anything. Perplexity will give you a summarized answer and links to websites to support its answer.  This is a great starting place for your research.  This is free but now has a paid version as well. 

 

SCISPACE - Find Science related articles and analyze them

Geared towards Science research.  This site will find articles for you and then also has a AI copilot to help you read and understand what you find.  It is free and you can sign in with Google to save your research. 

SEMANTIC SCHOLAR : Find Academic Articles

Free Database of over 200 million academic articles online. This is free with no sign-in required.

ELICIT - Support a Research Question with Academic Articles (HS Level)

This is an AI Research Assistant.  Type in your Research Question and Elicit will find you relevant academic papers and provide a summary of them.  You can filter your search to find more specific results and papers with an available PDF.  

This is free but you must sign in with Google and the account is now limited in use. There is now a paid version.  

OECD i-Library: Find articles connected to issues in different countries

OECD iLibrary contains thousands of e-books, chapters, tables and graphs, papers, articles, summaries, indicators, databases and now also Podcasts - discoverable by theme, country or content type.   Not all content is free.
